When you contact us, we will ask you to identify the brand, model and serial number of your heat pump. In the event of a fault or alarm, we will ask you for the fault code or fault description and accompanying photographs/videos to be uploaded and emailed to us
After receiving your enquiry, we will contact you to arrange a mutually convenient date and time for servicing or commissioning your Heat Pump.
From the information you provide, we will try to figure out in advance how we can rectify the fault in a single visit and arrange an appointment accordingly. However, if this is not possible, we will use the visit to diagnose what the problem is and quote you separately for parts and labour to affect the repair.
